Facilitate racial affinity groups and caucus spaces for White people to excavate and dismantle the ways white supremacy and internalized superiority live in us as White people.
Race caucuses are rare and sacred opportunities to do our own work around race and racism as White people, and to explore and deepen our individual understanding of how race is a lens through which we are relating to others, impacting others and experiencing the world around us.
